What a process is

A business process is one job your team repeats, start to finish: from what starts it to a finished result you can check. For example, an inbound pitch gets logged and researched.

Each one belongs to one team, with one owner on your side, and runs in the tools you already use. Bigger jobs are split, and you approve the list.

A process counts toward your 5 from the day work starts until it is live and your team has taken it over, or until you drop it.

What each becomes

A working automation that runs on your real work, in your own accounts, and has passed a test your owner signed off.

A person approves anything that can’t be undone. If it fails, it falls back to today’s way, and your owner can run it.

Three levels

Build comes in three levels, and each adds to the one before it. Each level has a three-month minimum term.

Build · $15,000 a month

Up to 5 business processes at once.

Build Plus · $25,000 a month

Up to 10 business processes at once. Adds processes that talk to your customers live or touch health, payment or student records, same-day requests, and 2 of your people trained as champions.

Build Program · $50,000 a month

Up to 20 business processes at once, across departments. Adds a named person on call around the clock as your backup, one shared platform piece at a time, and an MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review.

New software products and replacing a core system are each quoted separately.

Who does the work

You work side by side with our build-with-you coaches on your fund’s platform work. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you.

Agents work only on your fund’s systems, and a shared rotation is on call 24/7 with response times in writing.

What we build

Deal flow: intake, first-pass research and a pipeline that shows where every company stands.

Portfolio: a digest of founder updates, flags for the questions worth asking, and prep for follow-on conversations.

Reporting: drafts of the quarterly LP letter and the tables behind it, prepared for your review and your fund administrator’s numbers.

An engagement, quarter by quarter

Frame: the Of One method sets the outcomes, the limits and the sequence.

Ship: each small system runs beside the old way, checked by hand, before anyone relies on it.

Hand over: you learn to read, adjust and repair every system, so the know-how stays with the fund.

Swap: models and tools will change; we replace the component and the workflow carries on.
